For the best experience, maintain mindfulness practices in the days and weeks leading up to your session.
Mindfulness activities might include:
● Hiking
● Meditation
● Yoga
● Art, or other creative practices
● Walking
● Gardening
Any activity that helps you feel grounded and deeply connected to yourself is beneficial. These types of exercises will help you engage your right brain, intuition, and connection to Spirit.
