Preparing for Spiritual Coaching Sessions

For the best experience, maintain mindfulness practices in the days and weeks leading up to your session.

 

Mindfulness activities might include:

● Hiking

● Meditation

● Yoga

● Art, or other creative practices

● Walking

● Gardening

 

Any activity that helps you feel grounded and deeply connected to yourself is beneficial. These types of exercises will help you engage your right brain, intuition, and connection to Spirit.

 

Scheduling & Payment

I highly encourage folks to meet or speak with me for a complimentary consultation before booking coaching sessions. This way, we can get to know one another, and you can ask questions. This will ensure we have everything you need for a successful session. 

Each coaching session requires an investment of $120/hour. All sessions must be paid for in advance through PayPal.

 

Cancellation Policy

Refunds are not available for canceled, missed, or completed sessions. However, a credit can be applied toward another date if you cancel or reschedule your appointment at least 48 hours before your scheduled time.
